introduction of fengxian

Fengxian county of jiangsu is
the native town of liubang , and aslo are called fengyi , qintai
fengcheng in the ancient time . it is fist established in the end
of qin and the beginning of han dynasty . it is located in the convergence
of jiangsu , shandong , and anhui province . in its east is jiangsu
pei county , tongshan county , in the south are anhui xiao county
, dangshan county . it connects in north with shandong yutai county
, san county and is close to henan . the total area is 1,449.7km2,59.2km
from south to north ,46.6km in width from east to west . it has
14 towns , 576 farmer committees , 4090 faremer groups with the
population of 1,050,000 . fengxian is in warm temperature zone and
in half-moist monsoon . it has distinct seasons , adequate sunshine
, the annual average temperature is 14℃ , the hottest july 28℃ ,
the coldest january -0.7℃ . the annual precipitation is 150mm .
